Here's something new for today....
1/2 pork roast - fat trimmed
Sprinkle all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano
I wrapped this up and left it in the fridge until I was ready to cook it.
Heat oven-safe skillet and add 2 T olive oil. Brown all sides of pork roast. Add a little water to the pan and cover. Put in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
The plan is to then add rice, carrots, and celery with more water and cook for another hour. We'll see how this works out.
