Rice Stuffing

1 c             Royal Blend Rice (white, brown, wild & red)
2 cubes      chicken bouillon
1 c             hot water
½ c            butter
1 c             celery – chopped fine
½ c            green bell pepper – chopped fine
2 c             fresh mushrooms – chopped
3 c             Pepperidge Farm Herb seasoned Stuffing
1 c             Chicken broth
2 t              poultry seasoning



  1. Cook rice according to package directions dissolving 2 cubes of bouillon in the water used to cook the rice.
  2. While rice is cooking, heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.  Add celery, green peppers and mushrooms; cook until tender.
  3. Combine cooked rice, bouillon water, and buttered vegetables with stuffing mix, broth and poultry seasoning in a large bowl.  Mix until evenly distributed. 
  4. Put stuffing in turkey and cook as directed or put stuffing in a well greased baking dish.  Bake 20 – 30 minutes covered at 325 degrees.
