Swiss Steak

This recipe is from my mother-in-law's cookbook.  My father-in-law's favorite dish.  We used London Broil cut for Swiss Steak when we made it for him.  The butcher cut it in half length-wise to get a very thick cut down thin enough to be able to pound out.
