Substitutions
Buttermilk
1 c whole milk
1 T vinegar (or fresh lemon juice if vinegar not available)
Mix together and set aside for 5 min.
Sour Cream
3/4 c plain yogurt
1/3 c melted butter
Whip together and sit in refrigerator until needed.
