Meatloaf

Adapted from Mom's recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 - 1/2 onion (depending on size), finely chopped
salt
pepper
Worchestershire Sauce
1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Add all ingredients except 1/3 - 1/2 can of the soup in a very large bowl.  Mix together gently but thoroughly.
3.  Form into an oblong ball and place in a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
4.  Bake for 1 hour uncovered adding the remaining soup to the top of the loaf half way through.

Notes: 
Stephen said he liked it and ate quite a bit, but he's hard to read.  I think it was just really different than what he's used to.
